Syed, the ticket cost should not be provided by the employer in all cases, that is just insane. If there is no breach of contract and the employee just wants to go home how is the employer compensated for his loss of recruitment of that employee and the cost of replacing him?
.....but, I have to agree with the gals on this one. Seems the sponsor is a bit of a wank and has not honored his salary obligations. If this employee received warning letters before his salary was cut for discipline than fine..... This employer seems to have been solely looking out for his own best interest, I think the poster should do the same.
