it's non human to be racist, yet in all over the world racism is widely exercised, definition of racism??

the term "racial discrimination" shall mean any distinction, exclusion, restriction or preference based on race, colour, descent, or national or ethnic origin which has the purpose or effect of nullifying or impairing the recognition, enjoyment or exercise, on an equal footing, of human rights and fundamental freedoms in the political, economic, social, cultural or any other field of public life. Who on earth can be like that? as a whole society i mean.
It's not possible in my opinion to have a racism free society, and I think that was the case throughout the whole history of mankind, except they didn't have internet and multimedia to expose such things to the public that time.
