I been in Doha for almost 4 years, for the first two years i am the only Filipina only woman in my company,
all those years i got respect by my male arabic co-workers, most of the time i work alone with them day or night time....

One day I asked my GM to try hiring Filipino engineers,
since then, we are now growing in numbers needless to say why...
