I disagree with the Inshallah attitude greatly. Do they have regular prenatal checkups? Do they take their children to the doctor if they get ill? Do they abuse the teacher if the child doesn't do his schoolwork (OK maybe not the last one).

God has given them access to car seats and seatbelts (just as He has to medicine and education) - USE THEM
