ma fren is a doc in emergency dept in HMC n acc. to him he usually faces this prob of impatience wid the locals sayin tht 'i m qatari',though ma fren didnt entertain thier move bt thn they tried contact highier authorities fr doc's action..this is really nt acceptable in any way i guess..
bt i agree,this doesnt apply to all locals..
