Don't put all Qataris into one basket, Vinchi. There are good & bad Qataris, as there are good & bad among all nationalities.
Yes, there are Qataris who jump the queue. At the same time you will find that there are Qataris who willingly help you(a complete stranger) change your deflated tyre along a road on a hot summer day, or even assist you when you get stuck in the dunes. Sometimes your own nationality won't bother to stop & give you a hand.

It all depends a lot on...upbringing, on the basic character on a person..... So don't generalise.

If you insist on looking for faults, you will find many. Focus on the positives..
