my guess is .. even the best of the Muslims cannot do much to change that situation. simply because its beyond jurisdiction.

but definitely there must be some plan in every generous mind to abolish social awkwardness... btw what is your plan exiledsaint? do u have anything in your mind? or are you not a good Muslim? wait, are you a muslim?
