You see it all over Qatar buildings are poorly maintained and equipment is old and in bad shape, given they said it was an Air conditioner that caused the fire either the electric wiring was not up to code or it was old and not maintained. I think we need better standards of code enforcement and inspection processes! I guess wasta is working too well.
