It's not that this agency is rude or lacking in customer service, it is that if they are selling you visas under false pretences (such as a tourist or visit visa for you to find/engage in employment) then they and you are committing an illegal act. Don't worry about the rules and laws of Qatar if you have broken them in the first place because they don't and won't apply. I hope you escape from these clutches with (most of) your money and your freedom. And please tell your friends that to work in Qatar you must have a job offer, a visa and a plane ticket - in that order!
