Coming from Ramada signal go over the Jaidah flyover. Turn left at the next light(big Q-tel tower) Go through next small light and then through a small roundabout. Take an immediate right--in between the construction walls. This is where the famous Garden Indian restaurant used to be. The road comes to a T and that is Electricity Street or Khraba St. Go right and come down and you will see Mumtaz Tailors on the left of a corner next to a Toy store with lots of bicycles in the window.
