As a south african I can with all honesty say - Qatar. Although we have a beautiful country with beautiful people crime has crippled us badly. I have been part of the statistics more than once in only 2 years - from being in an armed robbery at my very secured house to being assaulted in daylight while waiting in my 'locked' car for a traffic light to turn green. I fear for my family's life and for the life of my friends and am leaving the country in a few weeks to keep my family safe. Our economy isn't very stable at the moment and our inflation is extremely high. My daughter is in Qatar and have been for nearly 2 years and I will be joining her soon. Don't come to SA as the citizens are living in prisons and the criminals are walking free.
