Cricket is not a 1 man show..and i dont know how many players are there in a team to tell u lol. but my point is captain or not its not just about HIM, what were the other players doing? basking in the sunlight? Thats the problem with Indians, we try to put the blame maximum on others who are in charge and no one wants to play as a team. jealousy perhaps? personally when players start to play for money rather than just love for the game thats when they should be thrown out. Winning or losing is part of any game and no player should be ashamed to lose.
