TNGSchool, I just want to tell you that I or no one else is against your school. We admire your efforts. The only difference between us and many others is: we ask questions and want to know what you have got in your box to support your claims for high quality education.

I can give you some tips:

1. Publish yours and your principal's detailed profile on your website
2. Publish your teachers' profiles
3. Do not call your fee structure suitable for anyone.
4. I see you have added scholarship but elaborate and let people know 'clearly' how it works and the criterion to qualify for the studentship.
5. Install a landline where people can contact you.
6. Hire people who can communicate well especially the ones who attend parents' phone calls. They also should be able to provide with the information.
7. Run your school like a professional business.

Good luck
