Ngoher, You have once again missed my point, rather sadly. Reading comprehension is something you should seriously consider investing some time in.

I will explain you one more time. It is not the prefix but what a prefix entails. I will not take Dr. Joe Smith who has a PhD in physics as a physician. I will not go to a cardiologist for my bad throat. Please use your head before using your keyboard.

The phrase "accuse an unborn child" has made me feel that you and Adeel Ali have the same caliber. Please think.. think.. think... If you want me to illustrate in a childish way to make children understand, I can do that for you and Adeel. I want to know the state of this unborn baby based on the ultra sound report and insist to see the report myself instead of believing a ward boy's words 'the baby is healthy'.

Oh Lord.. I am talking to kids.

I said in my post to Lamea, I am not impressed with so called word 'American' or 'European' or 'Australian'. That means nothing to me. All western institutions are not prestigious. United States has more than 1000 business schools out of which 750+ are not accredited by any accreditation bodies. This means they did not pass the quality filter test for their programmes. Also, most of the diploma mills are located in the West.

I will judge an institution from the people who run the organization. Certainly where you teach is not a great school, it may be 'prestigious' for those who still live in colonial times.

By the way I have visited all American, European, Pakistani and Indian schools in Doha and then decided not to bring my kids to Qatar. I am entitled to free education in any western school based on my citizenship.
