I'm also expecting that they are much better than Qtel, but unfortunately they are not.
I think their problem is more on their employee than their system.
they should train their employees. We can understand about their system because they are still new here in Qatar. But being new is not an excuse to have stupid "customer's champion" they should have a good training before they are deploy to their job assignment.
