Adey, no. Probably not. I agree with PM that English is not her first language and she probably cut and paste something haphazardly and did not even read it in entirety.
But if Eco knows of her and/or has dealt with her prior then she may have more insight to her motive behind writing such a callous and inflammatory statement that she apparently did not mean to say.
