Women in work place here, according to me, only serve as a distraction to the men. Everything went back on track and the men started to do their work after the 2 Qatari ladies from my office were transferred out.
The dont pose any threat as in being able to do the job men do any better or any worse, but just a major distraction if the women are pretty and single...or even married will do at times.
