Of course 'reasonable' word vary from person to person. For large Pakistani majority 1200~1400 is not reasonable for primary classes standalone or when compared with other Pakistani or even Indian Schools.
I will find higher fee justified when you offer the value for money, which is again one of my questions raised in above post.
