there's any chance Vodafone will be offering a US style all inclusive flat rate contract with unlimited minutes/messages for a set monthly fee? Perhaps with free phones like in the States?

Or something like the Hala cards, pay as you go no plan at all model?

I think those two would create the badly needed variety of services and result in serious competition...as is it's kind of a dead race really as both providers offer the same essential services with the notable difference that Vodafone is offering quite a bit of promotions which won't be around forever...
