As soon as one starts saying things like:

you can't have a day off
you can't have a mobile phone
you can't make friends of your own

there's something very wrong.

Best to either do the work yourself or have help who lives out.

Eight hours per day. Either one shift or a split shift.

I would be very wary of having a 'maid/housekeeper' also take care of my children. This is a job for a nanny. There seems to be such blurring of the two jobs.
