I pay a Qatari to drive me because I can't do it myself when I'm drunk, but I don't see the need to pay someone to clean my home - I'm not so domestically helpless that I need to pay someone to pick up a mop or wash some dishes, but I understand that some people are.

If my situation changed and I did need some help around the house, I'd have no qualms hiring anyone, regardless of nationality. Having seen how hard it can be to get housemaid visas for some nationalities, hiring a Qatari or Qataria sounds quite attractive, actually. They wouldn't miss their family, they wouldn't flee the country, and they wouldn't run up huge bills calling home.
