about the topic, if under business visa... no need for medical exam especially if you dont have lung problem history. otherwise its better to have medical exam from phil in middle-east accredited hospitals so you'll not worry when you come here, coz once you got problem, khalas youll go back phil. for your own assurance.
if no money, then dont go medical in phil... ;-)
regarding ticket... if you buy from phil. its to expensive, coz its in dollar and huge tax... check airline websites, youll see... e.g. emirates and qatar airways. that is why it is cheaper to buy ticket from here in doha.
