what is the model? usually, it can be unlocked by contacting ur service provided from spain, i can help you unlock it, but since it came from spain, it falls under the international network providers and might took 30 days for the unlock codes to be sent, (from US, usually 3-5 days) i have other methods on how to unlock it, but i would suggest that you stick to the code.
