For people who are resident here in Qatar and have an apartment or a house of course they can have their own supplies of alcoholic drinks. But I am living in a hotel and I cannot purchase any alcohol. The ban on bars selling alcohol during Ramadan is very inconvenient (and I think unnecessary).
