I sent email to Ramada Hotel asking if the bars would be open Thursday night. Here is the reply:-

"Thank you for your email.

The bars will be open on Thursday night assuming Ramadan is not called then.

If at any point Ramadan is called that evening then the bars will close straight away."

So how do they decide when Ramadan begins?
