Americana representatives were called in the Ministry office on Sunday and today for investigation purpose.
Today morning, I received a call from one of the Qatari Manager who Head the Customer Protection dept. in the Ministry of Business and Trade. He told me that matter has been resolved and KFC will delivery the 'Gift item' for my Son anywhere I wish.
Anyhow, to make the story short, after the Ministry call, KFC Manager called me just now. They said they coming to my office to deliver the gift and they wants to talk to me :-D
Moral of the story:
