Don't be so quick to criticise QAWS. They are doing the best they can, with limited funding (until they become a recognised charity, they cannot accept company donations) and limited capacity. Pet abandonment is a major problem here, and they are the only organisation here doing anything about it (although there are also individuals who do pet rescue).
