First of all, to change sponsorship you should complete minimum two years of stay in qatar. You need a NOC of the present sponsor and the consent of the new sponsor/company, who is willing to sponsor you, in a prescribed form.
If you have not completed two years in the country, you can still get a work permit which is valid for six months and is renewable.
