Connect the hard disk on another PC and use a different hard disk for a master disk drive by changing the settings in the BIOS. Your files are still viewable as a second hard drive once you open the Windows on this temporary PC.

Or you can change the BIOS and run the command on CD-ROM first. Don't forget to put the Windows original CD installer to run command from CD and check for boot system corruption.
