I felt insulted by KFC. I don't know what should I ask for when I get a call from Americana?

One more thing, when Media reporter spoke to Americana Manager, he told the reporter to let the Customer call him.
I told the reporter from Media that logically he should be the one to call me and resolve the issue. Anyhow, when I tried to call him, he disconnected my line and never bothered to call me back!!! I tell their 'Customer Services' is not upto standard.

Really I feel happy to get support from all of you on QL.
