What actually Qtelcomms is saying... is very simple...

Trust Qtel for they from now on will always listen to the concerns of its customers, serve them well and provide them with economical call & data services far more competitive than Vodafone...

So, either take their words for it or just simply switch to Vodafone...

The best thing now is that we have the option.

For Hala customers, it is clear, as of now that Vodafone are your best choice... unless Qtelcomm's words can be taken as true to its worth that Qtel will come up with something for you, so, you can either switch now or wait for Qtel...
