The problem also lies with the government for accepting many of these no value added immigrant in the country (are they illegal?) where they compete with the locals for jobs. Not only the social scheme have shaken up but the whole structure of the society have been moved. Indeed the creation of more jobs would be ideal in return for incomes taxes revenue for the government, however this is not the case as you see today.
