What I am still getting is promises, promises and promises. Ah. Also appologies, appolgies and appologies. That is the feedback from the call centre at e-government through phone calls (when I find someone to pick the line) or emails.

Till the moment, they are "working" on this issue. But no action was taken. My money is still blocked by the bank and the 24/7 customer support at e-government are trying to figure out the situation. It seems they are trying to establish a committee to look into this case and release my blocked money.
