I dont think DOHA has limitationS, by RULEs YES but i AM confident that most of US is IGNORING the RULES. By statistics "tHERE are so many who did the FORBIDEN THINGS" secretly. You have to be thankful that your still SINGLE working abroad, the worst thing is when your married and you BETRAYED your family backhome...quite a BIG SIN.
