In my case I am taking my books with me (about 40Kg on its own), add my PC (+ equipment) and some kitchen stuff with it and I am already reaching the 150kgs. accessories in Qatar are quite expensive, so I prefer to take as much basic facilities as I can to make myself comfortable.
