You need QAR.100/- MEDICAL CHECKUP FEE and 5 riyal more if you have to type the form too. They didn't ask for any picture but for safe side, bring 3 PP size pics of your brother with you

4- Go early at 06:30am if you want to be free within 1-2 hours. Otherwise, it will take almost whole day as the men side gets very overcrowded within minutes
5- Timings: 07:00am-02:00pm-------04:00pm - 07:00pm
4- FORM WILL BE FILLED at their counter as the YELLOW forms elsewhere with typist is cancelled. So i had to lose 10 riyals and precious hours for traffic jam & typing at SOUQ ALWAQIF.
