I've got no idea what % of homosexual or heterosexual men or women suffer from STDs and nor am I particularly preoccupied by it.
The whole thrust of your post seems to be that we should all be affraid of homosexuals because they may have STDs.
Well the simple solution would be to NOT HAVE SEX with them, wouldn't it?
Why would any heterosexual man be remotely concerned about whether or not gay men are transmitting syphili to other gay men through sexual intercourse?
Unless of course you are planning on having sex with men.
Now that might be a reason to get concerned........
