shoeaddict, its my two years in my current employer this coming july 19. I got an offer to another company 2x higher than my current salary. When I asked them, they agreed to issue NOC provided I can find a replacement as good as me. Can i compel my current sponsor to issue NOC in my favor? What if he refuse to issue? Are there any remedies?

Please help
