1. We already have around 10 packs of Hot dogs which i feel is enough for the evening. Please try to get some cocktail sausages too, fry them at home so it can be served as snacks for the kids.
2.Please volunteer for some sea food items. (prawns/fish)
3. We just have ONE common icebox we need at least THREE
4. We need more ICE at least 30 bags we just have 19 bags confirmed.
5. We still need bbq grills/tables/lamps
6. Some people who have given their names and not confirmed to get anything so far have been sent pm's, however its only after i send them the pm's do they bother to tell me they are NOT COMING, WTF? If you cant make it please mention it here so i can take your names off. Dont feel shy if you cant make it you cant, there's always next time :P
