One thing I do not understand is why the mobile internet prices are QR10/mb. That is a ridiculously high rate. Back in the UK, Vodafone have unlimited internet on their mobile phone plans inclusive or at an extra of £5 or £7.5 a month. If the cost of mobile internet is high since it is regulated at that price by ictQatar, fair enough. But you gotta give something MUCH better to the customer to be a good competition to Q-Tel. Look at, say, a package of QR 150 for unlimited (or ATLEAST 1gig) data and you will attract lots of customers (especially the ones using iPhones).
Another thing is the blackberry service. I understand that you haven't launched it yet, but look at Q-Tel's pathetic 125QR a month (I think) for just 10mb of data! People need an unlimited package or something around 1GB data, for that price, or even slightly(!) higher.
Vodafone knows what the customer wants, atleast from this thread. If you understand our priorities, bam! You're in the game.
