You're the CEO of a multi-million dollar telephone enterprise, but you based your comments on a public forum based on your personal experience of arriving in Qatar last year? (Even though yesterday you were talking about 'every Qtel customer' telling you your "facts?")
"I have learnt a lot form this thread including the way the structures of Qtel billing apparently works as it is different to my experience of the last year as a customer." You haven't seen any research about the services from Q-Tel, which has been in the market for decades? Did you not think that might be useful for your launch? You're either spinning, or you're really bad at your job!
It's that kind of dishonesty that has got people's back up. You guys need to stop congratulating yourselves on the benefits of competition. Any company who had won the license would have brought competition - so what are you bringing that's different or better?
(They also probably would have launched earlier, with better networks, and not managed the farce of the first 1,000 rip-off, but that's another story).
