1) All these comparisons with "available" minutes mean next to nothing, because [a] a large part is for calling Vodafone customers only and nobody else is on it and [b] it is a time limited plan.

2) The key would have been doing things differently at least on things where QTel totally sucks now, like their lack of any sort of affordable data plan for general mobile phone Internet access. And what did the all wise Vodafone do ? Came up with a plan that is exactly the same as QTel (QR10 per MB). Bravo... Vodafone was given (on a golden platter!) one of the REAL reasons people had for switching to them, and they decide to ape the existing nonsense ?!?! Did you just hire the same market analysts from Qtel, or did you come up with this entirely on your own ? It must have taken you a lot of thought and sleepless nights coming up with such an original idea !

The only bright side I see so far is that somebody is offering customer support on QL (and that too sounds like it is conflicting with information dished out by their own call center!).
