I didnt say we should be exempted from the rule however why should someone know these basic things to obtain a WORK visa? What does it prove? Will it be any gain in the quality of people they hire to work? Will it change the way the people will behave after they get into the country? Snakes dont wag their tails like dogs if you know what i mean. Useless rule in my opinion.
