I was referring to the poster statement about "real school", not literally speaking.
I think the PSD school is doing some actions about evacuation plan & safety requirements for the school. And for me, I guess 'time' is their greatest challenge as of the moment to comply everything.
Come to think of it folks, PSD will not be here for 16 years if they do not conformed the standards. The issue is just a matter of delay, don't speculate anymore.
