I understand that the marriage certificate has to be attested by HRD and the QATAR embassy. Please can you answer my following queries?

1. Does the original or the photocopy of the marriage certificate needs to be attested from Qatar embassy?

2. Do I need to get my Degree certificate attested as well from Home ministry and Qatar embassy for applying RP?
