what purpose is there to refer to sharia' ?? at the end of the day, people of "decide" how to interpret the words of God in the Quran, will do it in the way they want !! proof that there is no such thing as sharia' but only hipocrasy in ALL muslim countries:
-first cigarettes kills you right? (does anyone dare to say no? its a fact !) and by they Islam bans the cigarettes since it harms human, so it is HARAM (muslim scolars says noooo, its not, coz 90% for them smoke !!!)
-In the finance world, in the Quran, it is as clear as cristal !!! do not take interrest, it is HARAM !!! yes yes yes, it is writen and no one can deny, it is a major sin, no differance between interrest on money and eating pork in Islam !! and i dare anyone to proove the opposite ! but can you name me 1 muslim country that banks do apply this ??? (they can ban alcohol, knowing that in the Quran, there is NO WHERE stated that ALCOHOL is haram !! the Quran only states: do not approach prayers when you are drunk !!, we can argue on Alcohol being haram or not, coz its not clear !! but again, alcohol is banned, cigarettes alowed, Interrest allowed ect ect ect .. what they see fit, is actioned, and what they dont is not !!)
same thing when talking about Weed, if anyone, checks the history books, with a bit of rearch, you will clearly find about: "the Hashasheen", a well known thru history group of muslims, known to smoke weed and used in the muslim conquests ! check it out yourself !! but now, weed is banned for political purpused, a bit of research and you will find that weed is much less harmful than cigarettes !! but yet again, it is banned ! (p.s: i dont smoke weed personally, coz i dont smoke at all, so i am not deffending anything, i am just prooving a point!)
