lookign at your post and rreading some news there are two side of the story (at least now that's what we have)
1.- a democratically elected president trying to change the rules without consulting the proper authorities, thus by law he was deposed
2.- a democratically ellected president deposed by militar coup due to "differences" in thoughts and the way to rule the country.
And yet another side is
3.- External "powers" outside from Honduras trying to reach the power to rule the country regardless what the people has said in the elections (despite having some elections programmed for yesterday in Honduras all political material/personnel was sent from other countries: being Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela the most involved on this) They call themselves the Democracy Observers of Latin America, Cuba?? a democracy observer?? Sorrry to say something is not right here in Honduras.
I will for sure "reject" any military movement to depose any democratically elected president in the world but yet conditions in the countries will depend on the people/authorities and institutions ruling in that country and what is best for the people.
