Maybe he wasn't an actual car wash attendant. A few times when I've been crazy enough to go to CC in the afternoons, there is of course no parking. I've chosen to pay ( about 2-3 QR, not 10!) a guy just to help me find a spot. Maybe that's what he thought he was doing?
