it is ok if they park their cars in "proper" way. if it's parallel parking or vertical or horizontal. some park their car to occupy two slots. some park horizontal in a vertical or horizontal slots. some park their cars even if their car doesnt fit that area. and the end of their cars are showing out of the road and might cause accidents.
