I agree with the general sentiment, although not with all the detail.
What always confuses me is that a large and powerful part of the world is forever (and rightfully) condemning the role the US plays in supporting Israel.
But seldom do they offer any equivalent support to the Palestinians.
The US gives millions and millions to Israel each year, while the rest of the world gives very little by comparison to the Palestinians.
Instead of whining about the US support for Israel, why not be proactive and write them a check for some aid?
Would it be so hard to lessen the suffering in Gaza and the West Bank with an amount similiar to the amount the US gives Israel?
Aid to the Palestinians is loose change compared to US aid for Israel.
